Lost or Damaged Packages

If a product has been lost or you have received a damaged or defective item:

  • Claims must be filed within 30 days or within 7 days of delivery
  • If the item was received, follow the steps below:
  1. Provide photos of the damaged or defective item
  2. Provide photos of the lot number/serial number
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund
  4. Return shipping will be covered by Prife US
  5. Ship the package at an authorized shipping location

Holiday Shipping

  • Special cut-off dates during peak seasons
  • Additional processing time may be required
