Lost or Damaged Packages
If a product has been lost or you have received a damaged or defective item:
- Claims must be filed within 30 days or within 7 days of delivery
- If the item was received, follow the steps below:
- Provide photos of the damaged or defective item
- Provide photos of the lot number/serial number
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund
- Return shipping will be covered by Prife US
- Ship the package at an authorized shipping location

- Special cut-off dates during peak seasons
- Additional processing time may be required
